Kakashi (thinking): Ah Sakura’s poisoned kunai, laced with enough poison to kill a normal ninja but is effecting only Naruto’s chakra control due to the nine tailed fox. It seems the effects are becoming apparent now.
Sasuke (also faultering, his vision being blurred of Naruto): “It seems we are both fighting outside of our full strength”
Sasuke thinking (that speed earlier, he’s different than before, flash back to him saving Sakura when Kakashi was right there).

The genjutsu instantly vanishes, and INSTEAD IT IS SASUKE ON HIS KNEES.
